住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.0
Mentioned rodent behind cabinets and pest issue; staff attempted to address it, so cleanliness is slightly below expected.
- Service9.8
Multiple mentions of very friendly, prompt and helpful staff; frequent room service (cleaning, minibar refill, turndown) contributed strongly positive.
- Location9.6
Excellent location with short walk to lodge restaurants and wildlife/watering-hole views from rooms and restaurants.
- Room Quality9.7
Rooms and suites described as perfect and very spacious for families; generally met expectations though one review noted the house view differed from photos.
- Amenities8.2
Mixed feedback: complimentary minibar and mosquito-net service praised, but kids' play area and garden/grounds were reported as needing improvement.
- Value for Money8.5
Described as 'rather expensive' by a reviewer despite good accommodation, indicating value is slightly below the overall experience.
- Food and Beverage8.7
Restaurants and views praised, but a specific complaint about slow egg orders indicates some service issues in F&B.
- Overall Experience9.5
Overall very positive — 'trip of a lifetime', wonderful accommodations and attentive staff made stays highly enjoyable despite a few issues.
