The staff were lovely and very helpful. They helped me out with going around the area by myself. And they are very patient. Most of them also speaks great english. And the location is close to collectivo stop, around 15 mins walk from the ado bus station, near a 711 and pharmacy, there's a bike rental nearby and the avenida is also 2 blocks away. They also have a safe. And the ambiance all together is very tropical and realxing, especially at night. Very convenient. The japanese menu at night is also great. I couldn't get enough of the sushi and ramen. A bit pricey...

A bit of moulds in the shower tiles.and the water pressure. But i guess it's a problem in the area. Even mexico city has low water pressure.

An oasis in a bustling place. We especially liked our rooftop hot tub even when we had a problem with the electricity supply the staff allowed us to use the private one next door.

J’ai tout aimé au sein de l’hôtel. Les employés, la chambre, le jardin, la piscine, le petit-déjeuner, l’accès à tout le centre ville, les restaurants et magasins, le parc Jaguar et la plage, tout à pied et à vélo. Les employés sont particulièrement gentils et intéressants. Merci !
