Our room was amazing!
Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, accessibility of facilities.

We experienced slight confusion when using the elevators the first time, but quickly figured out how to use them.
My husband being a smoker was very happy to have the room we were given as it was ground floor as he doesn't like lifts and had a private entry/exit door to the footpath for use during our stay. Definitely have this room again.

When the glass door was open the traffic noise was a bit annoying when trying to sleep but everything else about the room made up for it. Very impressed with the amenities for the room price. Happy husband happy life :)
