The attention of the girls at the reception was very good, the cleanliness in the rooms is good and it was daily. The cleanliness in the kitchen is very bad... We went to prepare lunch and when using the pots, they were dirty, full of food and water that smelled bad. The breakfast was the same for 9 days... They did not allow us to vary, so we had to buy and make our own breakfast... if they improve the kitchen area in cleanliness and presentation, it would be a 10 place...

Excellent attention from the hotel staff and even from their manager who are always willing to help. The hotel is quiet, comfortable rooms and always clean.

The staff is super nice very welcoming. The location is not the most convenient you will have to pay at least 6,000 to 8,000 Colombian pesos to get to touristy area. Other than that the neighborhood is safe and staff very kind.
