The attention of the girls at the reception was very good, the cleanliness in the rooms is good and was done daily. The cleanliness in the kitchen is very bad... We went to prepare lunch and when using the pots, they were dirty, full of food and water that smelled bad. The breakfast was the same for 9 days... They did not allow us to change, so we had to buy and make our own breakfast... if they improve the kitchen area in cleanliness and presentation, it would be a 10 place...

The staff is super nice and very welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, you will have to pay at least 6,000 to 8,000 Colombian pesos to get to the tourist area. Other than that, the neighborhood is safe and the staff very kind.

Excellent service. From the moment you arrive, they welcome you like at home, everyone is very friendly and always willing to provide the best service to their customers. And it is very close to the cruise embarkation, so close that we arrived walking.
