The room wasn't as good as the last one I stayed in when visiting, so seems to be a hit or miss with room quality. This room on the 18th floor, had a creek in the roof that didn't stop all night, so was hard to sleep. The shower smelt like it needed a clean. Carpet in the room was stained and made it feel very unhygienic because one of the stains that looked like blood. But I will say when I stayed last time on a higher floor. The room was great, clean and nice which is why I rebooked. So it was disappointing to see such a difference in rooms.

Air conditioning wasn’t cool

The pool, spa, and sauna was a great experience. The hotel is also located just a few minutes walk from the major shopping centre and Victoria markets. The view of the city was also fantastic.

Just little things such as the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers not working, no frying pan or bin bags etc. Nothing major, we still enjoyed our stay.
