Shout out to the staff, very gentle and it was a relief to have someone speaking in Spanish, also awesome location, just around the corner the corner of Ueno Station

The staff at the property was very accommodating and nice. They were the reason we liked the property.

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable was the only negative. The bathtub didn’t drain well.
