There was a lot of dust by the window. The bath had a musty smell, and it felt like the cleaning was not thorough with mold and such left as it is
Very friendly staff. Location was great for food and shopping, right next to Ueno station, very convenient.

Rooms very small. Stairs to the lobby with luggage a little difficult. When leaving the hotel staff realized we had large suitcases and literally jumped to be attentive and carried our suitcases to the street level. Very grateful for that.
