Não havia cafeteira no quarto e o café da manhã no saguão só estava disponível até as 9h. 10h teria sido bom para aqueles de nós em férias.

During our stay at the end of August 2026, we reported to the manager that items were likely stolen from my suitcase with an exact description of the missing items. Later that day, the manager informed us that he had asked the housekeepers and they had not taken anything. The next day, we were out all day in the city, and when we returned, I found the stolen items returned under the items in the suitcase. We reported it again at the reception. They said they would investigate who took and returned it. But until our departure, they did not inform us of anything. In all the years of traveling and in more than 40 countries visited, this has never happened to us. I regret that no one has already commented on this situation to us. So !!! BEWARE OF YOUR THINGS IN THIS HOTEL !! How can someone rummage through your personal belongings in a suitcase, take something from there, and then rummage there again the next day to return it since apparently she heard that things were being searched for and for sure she returned it 😪😪😮😮
