Very bad customer service and staff interactions. When checking in the lady at the front was on her phone and did not greet us at all. When trying to check in with her she told us that the room we booked was no longer available when I had already paid for a bigger room. There were no towels or tissues in our room. When we requested the front desk we had to come back down and get them ourselves.
