Tuve que hacer el check-out a las 4 am para llevar a mi hija al hospital para una cirugía, la persona de la mañana en recepción no estaba en su mejor momento, necesitaba un poco más de voz alegre diciendo que tenga un buen día en lugar de poner tu llave aquí, gracias

No me gustó que no hubiera aguas en la máquina expendedora y me dijeron que tenía que bajar las escaleras para conseguir una... Revisé el piso de arriba y el de abajo... Tampoco había hielo en las máquinas de hielo... El colchón también tenía un gran hueco en el medio (es donde duerme todo el mundo)...
