For the nightly rate charged, I expected a higher standard of service and accommodation. A 24/7 concierge service would have been reasonable at this price point, and the room itself felt dated and in need of refurbishment. Overall, the property did not reflect the premium pricing.

The service was exceptional from the time of check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was large and the views over the water and mountains lovely. The bed was comfortable and large and had a good bathroom. The pool was great. The car parking was reasonably priced and easy to use.
