The hotel is very outdated, a renovation is much needed. The WiFi was not included, which we found very weird for a good hotel.

I really liked the location and breakfast. The location was excellent, especially with the all-day cruise access just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety and was a great way to start the day.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations, particularly considering the price and the Hilton brand. The property feels very dated and appears to have had very little modernisation, with an overall atmosphere that feels more like it belongs in the 1970s. The cleanliness was also disappointing, and several areas of the hotel looked tired and in need of refurbishment and better maintenance. Overall, I did not feel that the experience was good value for money. Compared with other Hilton properties I have stayed at, this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences. Given the condition of the property, cleanliness, and overall standard, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
