The lifts were terrible, I understand one was being upgraded but another was out of order and the existing ones were very slow

Lifts. 2 out of 4 being refurbished. Do 1 at a time. Too hot in corridors

The location was fabulous, so close to the MRT and the river. Breakfast was exceptional, catering for a variety of nationalities. Staff were very helpful. The young girl at the travel counter was brilliant, great recommendations.

Only two elevators were working at time of stay which caused delays especially during peak periods

There was a rather strong food smell comming from The vent . Especially in the bathroom, felt like the room was directly above kitchen .
