The property looked very updated and clean.
Staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant.
Prime location, close to everything yet tucked away.
Comfortable beds, but some rooms felt slightly dated.
Nice pool area and rooftop bar.
Vastly overpriced due to seasonal rates.
Food at Lolita’s was wonderful.
Great stay with minor complaints.

バルコニー前には大きな室外機があった。音がうるさい。 四つ星で、この価格で、こんな部屋があるのが信じられない。日本人だから、軽視されたとしか思えない。
In Mallory Square, Lolita’s restaurant food the highlight of the week. Pool Island spice pina colada one of the best we’ve had.

We paid for an ocean front room and expected an ocean view. The only day we enjoyed what we paid for was Sunday. The other 5 mornings we had an Ocean Liner view. The cruise ships were parked directly in front of our room the whole time. This was very disappointing and set the tone for our week. The hotel blamed it on booking.com, for not having a disclaimer on the site.

Opal Key was a beautiful hotel in the best location we could have asked for. On top of it all, the staff was pleasant and great to work with.
