The hotel combines the elegance and sophistication of a luxury Istanbul property with spectacular surroundings, beautiful accommodations and, most importantly, a level of hospitality that made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you must go to Zeynep, the Guest Relations Manager, whose exceptional leadership, professionalism and personal commitment to our experience truly stood out. From the moment she became involved, she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that our short stay was nothing less than extraordinary. Her warmth, attentiveness and genuine desire to make our celebration special exemplify hospitality at its very best. The entire team followed that same standard—from guest relations and reception to the restaurants, housekeeping and hotel staff.
