Booked a hotel with a view of the Bosphorus, but the room was on a low floor and mostly faced trees. Asked to change rooms and were provided a huge luxury room with the best view and a terrace at no extra cost. Amazing. Good location. Delicious restaurant. Everything is truly top-notch.
