The location is great. I love the generous size of the room (2 beds, sitting area). It’s updated, comfy, not pretentious, has great outdoor lounging areas. Staff were nice. And free parking!?

We loved everything about the property. This is our 2nd stay and when we come back to New Orleans we will stay here again.

The room wasn’t clean, furniture wasn’t clean, dirty carpet, and furniture was broken. The room had not been dusted. The shower was disgusting. Thank goodness I travel with bleach cleaner and Lysol. The hotel front desk employees were rude and unconcerned. There was what seemed to be mold on the curtains in front of the air conditioner. No one told us that the doors would be locked after a certain time, which is understandable; however we went to multiple doors attempting to get inside. When we called in to see how to get into the building, the front desk clerk was rude because it seemed like we disturbed her sleep. Linen wasn’t fresh and towels were unclean. The advertisement stated that there was a restaurant on the premises, but it was not open for business on the Friday upon our arrival and was closed at our checkout. The website is extremely misleading.
