The staff was unfriendly, room cleaning done only once upon request, no breakfast included in the reservation given the not so cheap price paid.

Right on the street, parking included. Easy to reach the French Quarter by tram. Coffee next to the reception free to take for yourself. That was great! Room was not cleaned after the 1st night or towels changed, we should have said that we wanted it.

The female employees showed little interest in anything... just on their phones. One gentleman was very friendly
Everyone was very friendly! Accommodated our truck and boat trailer. Supplied an extra blanket when asked. Loved the elevator wallpaper!
