Chambre petite et propreté moyenne,lampe au dessus du lit mal plaçée et une sur deux ne fonctionnée pas et gresillée. Table pas nette, salle d'eau restreinte, accessoires de toilette mediocres.Telecommande ne fonctionnée pas. Hotel trés bruyant par les autres occupants (escalier et chambres) mal insonorisées. Petit dejeuner moyen ( gobelets en carton pas trés appropriés ).Prix de la chambre un peu trop cher par rapport au service

Portes qui claquent et personnes parlent fort dans les couloirs la.nuit. un wc fuyait et pour un logement a 4 un seul cintre et pas de porte manteaux.

During our stay, we encountered several issues that negatively affected our overall experience. Without going into too much detail, there was a significant lack of basic communication between staff members, which caused us some inconvenience. We also noticed a tendency for problems to be passed from one staff member to another rather than being properly addressed. The level of customer service was generally disappointing, with most staff members appearing to do the bare minimum. On one occasion, a bag of rubbish was left open on our bed. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the way the situation was handled and resolved was particularly disappointing, and not even an apology was offered. Furthermore, we contacted the accommodation through the booking platform after our stay, but our message has remained unanswered for over three weeks.
