لم يعجبني ابدا رائحة الغرفه كانت رائحة بالوعه و المكيف حار جدا تم الطلب منهم بتغيير الغرفه او تعديل المكيف ع الاقل ، اول مره اقيم فيه و اخر مره بسبب عدم الراحه فيه

Its a very nice clean hotel, staff are really friendly and polite. Breakfast is very nice too , has an international buffet so something for everyone. Nice rooms and the AC and WIFI works with no issues . Very nice lounge, garden with waterfalls. Highly recommend

I like the ease if checking in as the Saroja (in reception) makes sure that we got the nice room. We had our early dinner at Wox and tganks to Thimzar for her good service and then we explore the hotel. As always Grand Hyatt Dubai always brings positive vibes especially when you are inside the hotel as nature and calmness can be experienced. Our room is exceptional facing the waterpark and its enjoyable to see how people are having so much fun with the water park, we don't experience but it's OK maybe next time. We went to SPA and experience steam room and sauna though jacussi that time us not working it didn't bother us at all. We had great breakfast at the market cafe and staff there were all nice. During our day 3 with the hotel, we have requested for late check out and luckily it was granted and thanks to Ms Jacqui of front desk who personally gave us the keycard up in our room it feels safe because keycards work only on specified time of stay that's good. Upon check out, it is smooth as well. Overall stay is excellent i should say and we will come back definitely. When we got home and unpacking, i realized that i forgot something in our room and i informed the hotel about that item and have spoken to Ms Lucy of Security dept. and she gave me the reference number and we got the items thru Mr Adil and the latter ask for my ID to update their system that it was given back. The protocol on lost and found item is superb and you can get it back for sure if you forgot something. I would like to thank the following person that i remember during our stay Sep 5 Saroja - Reception front desk check in was smooth and evem got a room with a wonderful view. Thimzar - staff at Wox for her good service Sep 6 day 2 Satish - market cafe staff Ankoor - market cafe staff Sahil - Reception staff for ease of extending our stay and give me key cards at once as we are having events at the exhibition hall.

During breakfast, it was great though on our day 2, we have to pay on the spot for our guest's breakfast it's somewhat weird for me as i have requested to charge our room but the receptionist told they can't do that- maybe policy changes so we need to pay on the spot. At the concierge, we gave the tag card for our car and we are wondering because we have waited around 30 minutes for our car and we are in a hurry coz we have to meet someone that time. There are guests who gave their tag later than us but gets their car first so i was wondering there's a little discrimination on that sense when we follow up again then that's time they hurried and get our car maybe they forgot but hopeful next time to treat each guest as equal as possible no matter what nationality is present.
