The staff were helpful everywhere, thanks to our receptionist who checked us in and gave us all the required information; breakfast timings, waterpark wrist bands etc. We enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant, maitre d and manager were great hosts, live music and belly dancing too. Took care of food intolerances. We thoroughly enjoyed the waterpark, a really friendly team encouraging you to have fun. Breakfast had ample choice. Room service, excellent. Ranjeet served us. We were allowed to order slightly off menu, enabling us to have exactly the food from the restaurant's menu rather than just the in-room dining menu. This was appreciated as we wanted to dine in our room on the last night due to an early flight the next day. There are numerous lifts, so we never had to wait long. The rooms are of a good size. Streaming to the TV is available. Beds are comfortable. Valet parking, luggage assistance on point. We look forward to returning.
