- sehr sauber, gepflegt - sehr freundliches Personal - sehr gute Lage - ruhiges und einladendes Hotel - Zimmer ab dem 15.- 25. Stock mit toller Aussicht - ja, es liegt an einer relativ großen Straße und man hört nachts auch mal Rettungswagen oder laute Motorräder - sehr gute Klimatisierung - sehr großes und bequemes Bett, mit Wäschewechsel alle 3 Tage - Frühstück hat lecker gerochen und sah gut aus, haben wir aber nicht genutzt - auf unserer Japan-Reise das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Everything was nice except the reception

Everything was nice except the reception

I tried to ask for the invoice at the reception and they refused to give it to me. Although I explained how the things works with the invoice and booking because i have a hotel also and I know, the girl at the reception refused to talk with me anymore. After i contacted booking, now they are doing me the invoice. I left with a very bad sensation from there because of the reception. If they tried to understand and not turning my back while i was talking with them I wouldn t give this rating
