The front desk lady's response was really bad, it's not just about being polite with honorific language! She was deliberately impolite, speaking in a low voice on purpose, speaking fast on purpose, giving off a sarcastic vibe. Moreover, she didn't even provide the breakfast voucher as per the plan.
