Completely outdated. Not really clean and the smell is bad. The reception is terrible (not the people that they are trying their best). The access if you come by car is not clear and the distribution of the hall is bad. The breakfast area is not up to a four stars hotel and the price it has.

The 2 bedroom unit that we rented was very spacious, but was very basic. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The 2 bedroom unit was a bit rundown, the carpet and the couch were stained on some parts. Some of the lights in the bedrooms didn't work. The breakfast was fine but not the best.

I was really impressed with how clean the room was, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and relaxing! Plus, the hotel is in the perfect location for a mall stroll.

I requested a hair dryer during my stay, but the hotel did not have one available, leaving me unable to dry my hair. I had to follow up with staff the next day to ensure one would be arranged for the evening. To make matters worse, the in-room phone was broken, so I couldn't even contact front desk without first requesting to have it repaired just to get access to reception.

Someone came into our room whilst we were asleep but they didn’t check or they didn’t want to tell us what happened. So they just said if you didn’t lose anything it doesn’t matter. I didn’t feel safe sleeping in that place until I left
