I attended a conference which was in the nearby conference centre. The staff were very friendly, helpful and offered help when we needed it including the room service and bar staff.

We asked for our laundry to be completed which was meant to be returned on the same day. This didn’t happen which was disappointing. Luckily we allowed extra time before we decided to hand the laundry a day early before our scheduled departure.
