Silverland Ben Thanh is the perfect hotel for your stay in Saigon. The location is unbeatable, we were able to walk everywhere easily and the markets, shops, spas and so many restaurants are within a few minutes walk. The rooms are so comfortable and luxurious and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea were 10/10 everyday. We were so impressed with the variety and quality of all of the food and drinks. It was so delicious and a real highlight of our stay. But what really made this hotel so special was the staff. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were looked after like VIP's. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful from reception to the restaurant staff. All of our needs were provided with beautiful smiles and nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Nissa and Calvin, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back and whole heartedly recommend this hotel. If you stay here you definitely will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

The decor in the lobby & breakfast room are on the odd side of quirky. Room small compared to other hotels we stayed in in Vietnam which my reason for not giving a higher score. Minor really.

Gym too public

The reception for that handsome man(not the chubby one) is arrogant in day/night shift, and he is impatient and impolite when the guest is asking his questions. If he doesn’t like to answer the simple question from the customer, please don’t stay in the reception.
