The restaurant prices remain very high for Vietnam (even though it was very good!)

The reception staff were especially amazing and very quick to answer all my questions and help in any way they could. They went out of their way to communicate with me advising on my daughter’s arrival, when her bags arrived and allowed early check in as she was not at her best. Their professionalism and kindness was so very much appreciated - thank you.
