Property is "tired" and showing lots of signs of wear. Bathroom certainly in need of modernization.

No toilet paper. No paper towels in the kitchen. No external light. Had to enter from the back along a dark pathway.

Blankets and pillows were thin with holes in them . Thorough cleaning needs done . Dirty dish sponge not replaced. Bathroom smells of mould damp. Was going to charge an unexpected cost of $80 for a portacot and non friendly reception man sent me an email advising of this cost while we were in the room on arrival.
