Blankets and pillows were thin with holes in them . Thorough cleaning needs done . Dirty dish sponge not replaced. Bathroom smells of mould damp. Was going to charge an unexpected cost of $80 for a portacot and non friendly reception man sent me an email advising of this cost while we were in the room on arrival.
