On a eu un gros souci avec la climatisation centrale. Il faisait froid le soir et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas malgré ma réclamation. Ils l'avaient réparé une première fois et ça n'a pas ténu. Du coup on l'a plus allumé. C'était le plus gros souci

موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً وقريب من شارع الاستقلال وساحة تقسيم، وكل شي حولك وعلى مسافة مشي. أشكر جميع العاملين بالفندق على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة، وبكل تأكيد راح يكون خياري الأول في زياراتي القادمة لإسطنبول. أنصح فيه وبقوة، ويستاهل أعلى تقييم.
