All employees are very friendly and sympathetic. The team working at the restaurant on the terrace is great. However, the dining habits and use of the restaurant by Arab customers are extremely unhealthy. There is a strong smell in the elevators. The furniture in the rooms seems to be from the 1980s and has not been restored. The silicone in the bathroom is pitch black, and the doors creak. The room doors make a lot of noise when opening and closing. The carpets in the corridors smell very bad. There is nothing in the minibar except water. The noises from the rooms at night never stopped. Loud voices, shouting, and high volume conversations never ceased. 95% of the customers are Arab, and they do not use the common areas cleanly.

The smell in the elevator, the strong smell in the corridors, and the very bad smell of the garbage in the lobby were terrible.
