This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Aesthetically wonderful. The decor is curated exquisitely. Great drinks. Great hotel. Wonderful experience. The gripes I have are nothing to do with the hotel just their processes are a little cheeky. Read below.

The valet parking is an absolute con. They drive your car literally 50 yards round the corner to a public car park that only costs $33 a day yet they charge you $55 a day; but you’re paying for a service you say? Well, the idea is that you text a number and your car is delivered outside HOWEVER if you’re from outside the US (we’re UK) the service doesn’t work and you just get handed your key and walk over to go get it yourself anyway. Felt ripped off. Also there’s a token $15 per day off your bill for not using housekeeping, but what wasn’t explained was the $15 is added as minibar credit on a use it or lose it basis (this wasn’t explained) so make sure you take advantage of this!

The staff was very hospitable, which was greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very appreciated.

The prices of the mini bar drinks and snacks were very expensive, which was disappointing. Also the price of valet parking was too excessive to be a paying guest of the hotel.
