Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness9.3

Multiple reviews note clean rooms ("room was clean and comfortable", "room is clean").

• Service8.8

Generally described as friendly and helpful (concierge, front desk), but there are issues: staff with poor English and an unexpected deposit at check-in reduced service perception.

• Location9.6

Strongly positive: repeatedly cited as close to shopping, restaurants, metro/railway and attractions; one note that the entrance can be hard to find.

• Room Quality9.5

Rooms described as comfortable, clean and upscale (some called the room "шикарный"/luxurious, good views, suitable for a family with an extra bed).

• Amenities9.3

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

• Value for Money9.5

Guests mention good price and that service/quality exceeded expectations.

• Food and Beverage9.4

Breakfast buffet repeatedly praised (early start time noted positively); overall F&B sentiment is favorable.

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall stays described as wonderful and exceeding expectations, though check-in surprises (deposit) and language issues tempered some experiences.

Location was near many food options and several attractions. There is a big mall right beside too! Room was not huge but clean and comfortable for a family of 4 with an additional bed. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay!
