Les travaux en cours, moins de restaurants ouverts et pas de salle de sport. La nourriture parfois très suffisante en terme de qualité

The front desk staff are a bit rude and unhelpful — it took them 3 days to have our lights fixed. There's also a concierge that is presented as someone who's there to help you, but in reality they're there to get you into a time share (don't!), and they're annoyingly insistent for the first few days to the point that it's really unpleasant. The food, especially in the buffet, isn't labeled clearly. Vegetarian options are few and not properly labeled at all (nor are ingredients or allergens). You are asked for your restrictions when seated, but it makes no difference. Food in the speciality restaurants is good if mexican, but shockingly bad otherwise: from cold ravioli in Flor de Sal, to soupy and bitter Pad Thai and a Ramen that has no business being called anything more than a diluted broth with boiled vegetables and the wrong type of noodles.

Apesar do hotel estar com alguns setores em obras, o restante do hotel tem boas instalações, ambiente agradável, tranquilo, boa alimentação, uma cafeteria a toda hora hora com boas opções, mas, o melhor, são os funcionários de muita amabilidade, respeito e sorriso no rosto.

Creio que somente o fato do hotel não ter todas as instalações 100% disponíveis, mas não comprometeram uma boa estadia.
