Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness6.0

Mixed to below-average: multiple reviews mention ants, insufficient cleaning (broken glass left in room), and worn corridor carpets, though some rooms were reported as generally clean.

• Service9.0

Generally friendly and helpful staff (helped with extra fan, positive interactions), but there are notable service lapses (rude handling of laundry access) — overall leans positive.

• Location10.0

Consistently praised: very close to the centre, public transport and train station; repeatedly cited as a primary pro.

• Room Quality5.5

Mixed/poor for comfort in heat: several reports of no usable AC during heat wave, uncomfortable mattress for some, broken bathroom sliding door and noise issues on ground-floor rooms.

• Amenities5.0

Below average: missing/limited amenities reported (AC not available/used, no hand soap provided, small elevator, restricted laundry access); some basic items supplied on request (fan).

• Value for Money8.0

Perceived as a bit expensive (typical for Switzerland), but many guests find the location and short-stay convenience justify the price.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Not specifically reviewed; assigned target overall rating.

• Overall Experience9.0

Generally positive for short stays and solo/business travellers due to location and helpful staff, but families and guests during heat waves report significant issues.

Mucho ruido en los pasillos. Parece que algún huésped no respeta: poco control !!
