The room location is very bad as it is on the ground floor and its window overlooks garbage bins, making it impossible to ventilate the room. I requested during the room reservation to be on the second or third floor, but they ignored my request. I was surprised to find it on the ground floor. When I received the room, I made a complaint by phone and email, but my request was not addressed, which was unexpected from them, despite booking since December 2025. Also, the continuous disturbance of door slamming at night made it impossible for us to have a peaceful sleep.

The room. The shower was very small, too hot, the air conditioning was not working. The building's condition was very poor.

The air conditioning was not working, one of the rooms had no door, there were no locks in the bathrooms, and most importantly, there were no blackout curtains on the room windows. As soon as the day started to break, the room was fully illuminated, affecting rest.

A disaster in terms of service. I had requested a crib and received no response. When it arrived, it was not there, and I was told I had to pay, although it was not specified anywhere. There were three of us, and there was no chair to sit and eat. Was I supposed to eat standing up? Or in bed? A disaster. The phone treatment with the accommodation was horrible.

One of the worst scam experiences I had with hospitality. I travel often, and something like that has never happened to me before. The entire building was under renovations or construction, and we couldn't sleep at night due to the noise of the machines left in the corridor all night, even after we complained.
