I booked a room with a balcony but didnt get it

Удобное место, хорошее обслуживание, невысокая цена. Оборудование не новое, но все чистое и работающее. Останавливался там уже два раза. Если снова буду а Алматы, остановлюсь там снова.

Well located and great value for money hotel. Room was sizeable enough and comfortable, had everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom, likewise was perfectly adequate, water was hot, though it took a long time to get so . . . Had a little balcony for smoking on, though not the kind of terrace you would sit out on for long! I enjoyed my stay here, not the swankiest hotel in the planet but everything I needed and felt quite welcoming, more like a guest house feel.

Rather dated and a little shabby in places, showing it's age a bit! The WiFi was very unreliable and it did take a long time to get any hot water . . .

The welcome and friendliness of Julia in reception made me feel very much at home. The hotel is in a good central position, within easy walking distance of the sights, places to eat, shops and supermarkets. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. The hotel has a great character and is a comfortable and friendly place to stay.
