No elevator, no one helps you bring your luggage downstairs
The lady at the front desk noticed from my passport information that it was my birthday the day before and gave me chocolates. I was very happy with her warm thoughtfulness. Although the hotel itself was a bit old, the room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet, so I could relax slowly.
