Nursat at the reception is very kind and friendly, always welcoming guests with a warm smile. He speaks English, which is especially helpful for international guests. The breakfast is good, with a nice selection of fresh fruits. The hotel also has more than seven rooms with twin beds, making it a great choice for groups traveling together.

I booked seven rooms, but one of them had a broken shower and a noisy refrigerator. When I reported these issues to the staff, they kindly assured me that they would take care of them.

The biggest achievement of this hotel is staff. We spoke German with reception, they agreed to help us in 3 day storage post checking-out without charge. They were helpful and understanding but within the rules of course. For example, we were given upgrade after our initial room did not meet requirements. Room was clean enough and I wanted to thank housekeeper for that as she also gave us additional water on request. The breakfast was okay, not much, but enough to stay full. You can clearly see that despite owners saving as much as possible on this hotel, staff tries to build reputation with what they have but it's not enough.

It's definitely overpriced. For this location and room, it's too much. There are better options for the same amount/cheaper elsewhere in the city. The biggest issue is noise isolation or the complete lack of it, they might as well just give headphones on check-in. Why would I stay here in winter only? Because even with window closed, with how close highway is you can hear every bike as if you are in MotoGp. The carpet haven't been cleaned since opening, the first room we stayed had cracked window, the AC(setting can't be changed or we are stupid or both) was fighting global warming alone feels like and actually winning. I will book this hotel again, but only on my company's funds and only in quiet time of the year. Without staff and upgrade the rating would have been WAY lower, Please invest more in this hotel to be actually called Palace.
