I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and the highlight was the wonderful service from KaiKai during breakfast . He was incredibly kind and helpful during breakfast, and shared lots of useful information about the hotel. I really appreciated his thoughtful assistance—it made my stay even more special. I wish every hotel had more people like him on its team. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again!

Interesting location within the hutongs (15 minute walk to 2 metro stations); comfortable room with a view over the beautiful courtyard (ponds full of koi carp and relaxing places to sit); pleasant staff (including the lovely Lily who handed us gifts and stayed with us as we awaited our taxi on departure).

Slight issue with an over sensitive light strip (across the whole of one side of the room) that lit up when unwanted!

The main praise I would like to give to this hotel is how helpful and accommodating the staff was with us: we only booked 1 night due to a change of plans in our itinerary, and the staff was so friendly and helpful that they allowed us to book a Great Wall tour with them even if we had moved on to our next hotel. The hotel itself is a lovely, stylish property in the middle of the hutongs. It is a small walk away from some main roads. We loved the courtyard with the artificial pond and fish.

The rooms can feel small but it's entirely due to the location, which does not allow for bigger rooms to be built.

הגישה למלון בעייתית במיוחד בגלל דרך/כביש צר מאד. המרחק לאיזור חנויות ומסעדות הוא שני קילומטר אך הגישה קשה.
