The hotel is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — they even helped us order takeaway food! We also really enjoyed the new bar, where we were kindly offered some beers. Everything went perfectly, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in Beijing — and in China as well! One of the most thoughtful gestures was that, as we were leaving the hotel at 5am to visit the Great Wall of China, before breakfast time, the staff prepared a breakfast box for us to take with us — without us even asking! This really shows how much they care about their guests. A special thank you to SingSing, Lily, and Cici for being so kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly appreciated everything you did for us and will remember this experience fondly. We would happily stay here again!

The staff Lili, Cici, an Coco, we're very helpful, as we're everyone working there, very friendly, the staff went out of their way to make everyone happy an comfortable. Loved it.

The only draw back was the narrow alley it was located at, the taxi drivers made it thru an didn't complained, but some were nervous driving thru the narrow alley.
