لا يوجد ماعدا موظف جديد في الاستقبال لم يعجبني اسلوبه معي في التعامل مع اني دائما احجز في نفس الفندق اكثر من سنه

It’s not fresh , the room stinks horribly.. the shower/bathroom not clean at all .. shampoo and hand soap bottles are empty .. lack of towels And again the smell of the room is terrible..

تم تغيير الغرفة مرتين بسبب ان المكيفات عطلانه او تصدر اصوات مزعجة جدا .. وبعد انتظار تم تغيير الغرفة وايضا طاقم العمل غير متعاون جدا

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times before (when it was jewel hotel). A new management has taken over and has really let the standards drop. We had to call and remind the staff several times to clean the room , toiletries and water weren’t provided unless asked for several times, staff very rude

The furniture on the room is old and not comfortable. The housekeeping is not responding to the requirements and the front desk is not cooperating with the guest regarding the housekeeping i have call 4 times from morning and they clean my room at 7pm at night. The check in upon arrival took 20-25 minutes on the front desk because only one employee there other one just sitting beside. The luggage carrier is super responding and excellent behavior. The car parking need massive housekeeping.
