It’s not fresh, the room stinks horribly, the shower/bathroom is not clean at all, shampoo and hand soap bottles are empty, lack of towels. And again, the smell of the room is terrible.

The room was changed twice because the air conditioners were faulty or making very annoying noises. After waiting, the room was changed, and also the staff was very uncooperative

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times before (when it was Jewel Hotel). A new management has taken over and has really let the standards drop. We had to call and remind the staff several times to clean the room, toiletries and water weren’t provided unless asked for several times, staff very rude
The furniture in the room is old and not comfortable. The housekeeping is not responding to the requirements, and the front desk is not cooperating with the guest regarding the housekeeping. I have called 4 times from morning and they cleaned my room at 7 pm at night. The check-in upon arrival took 20-25 minutes at the front desk because only one employee was there, the other one just sitting beside. The luggage carrier is very responsive and has excellent behavior. The car parking needs massive housekeeping
