Excellent stay – highly recommended! We stayed at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley as a family with our 2-year-old son and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect: within easy reach of the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, the Water Puppet Theatre and many of Hanoi's main attractions, which made exploring the city with a small child much easier. What truly made the difference was the team. Special thanks to the manager, Dave, and to the entire staff – always polite, attentive and genuinely willing to help. We arrived early in the morning after an early-morning flight, tired, and they kindly arranged an early check-in so we could rest right away. With a toddler, that gesture meant a lot. You feel welcomed from the first minute. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially families. Thank you, Dave and team!

החדר שקיבלנו היה ללא חלון אמיתי אלא עם פתח לפיר. הכיור היה בתוך החדר ולא כחלק מהמקלחת. פרט לזה הכל היה נפלא במלון, נקי ומסודר , צוות מדהים בראשותו של דייב שיצא מגדרו לעזור בכל דרך אפשרית , ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצויינת ( מוגשת במלון מעבר לכביש) , מיקום המלון מעולה.

החדר שקיבלנו היה ללא חלון אמיתי אלא עם פתח לפיר. הכיור היה בתוך החדר ולא כחלק מהמקלחת. פרט לזה הכל היה נפלא במלון, נקי ומסודר , צוות מדהים בראשותו של דייב שיצא מגדרו לעזור בכל דרך אפשרית , ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצויינת ( מוגשת במלון מעבר לכביש) , מיקום המלון מעולה.

I would prefer to have a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing into the toilet area, but it's a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again if returning to Hanoi.
