Super location, all major points of Hanoi within walking distance. Nice and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts. Mega friendly and helpful staff & manager Dave. They found a tour for us - at a good price with transfers - everything went smoothly and professionally. We would be very satisfied :)

Excellent location, minutes away from Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. Although in an alley, this is an advantage, returning to the hotel, you can enjoy a peaceful holiday mode. The staff is warm and friendly, there are service personnel who speak Chinese, and the front desk can also exchange currency reasonably, very convenient. In addition to the buffet breakfast, you can also order pho and various egg dishes. This time my mom hurt her foot, originally not planning to go to Halong Bay, but just asked if we could book a last-minute Halong Bay tour for the next day, the hotel's Dave immediately helped us inquire and found a suitable itinerary for us, so that we would not have regrets the day before returning home. Very grateful to Dave!

French-style bathroom, as a Chinese, after taking a shower, the bathroom floor will be slippery, a bit uncomfortable, but the hotel provides bathroom slippers
