We love this hotel…great location in the quieter side of downtown New Orleans. Every room is a suite…for the price of a normal hotel room. A/C is amazing…and that MATTERS in New Orleans! Barry the weekday breakfast coordinator is just the best…he really takes care of the guests!

We don’t like that there is no onsite parking…there is valet…but the parking issue is NORMAL for New Orleans.

The pullout couch/bed didn’t work and was not comfortable.

The bar needs to stay open later.

Everything! The room, the overall facilities, the location. Room was absolutely immaculate, wonderful view. The staff coming in and leaving would always speak to us. If we had a question or needed something, they were on top of it. The location was close enough to downtown you could walk there, but not too close that all the hustle and bustle would disturb you when trying to sleep. 10/10
