This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed there, and we will come back. Every room is a suite, and to get a suite at this price is wonderful. It’s clean and the staff is helpful and kind. This time the A/C in our room was not cooling correctly…they immediately moved us to another across the hall, and as I was standing there called someone to address the problem in the old room.

Nothing
Great location, 10 minutes from the main area of New Orleans, traveling alone I never felt in danger, not even returning in the evening after midnight. The room is very large, clean and equipped with a microwave, fridge, desk, and sitting area, including a record player, a really noteworthy touch for the Jazz city. Friendly staff

Having a suite for the price of a room…nice. August in New Orleans… Air-conditioning is so important! This hotel does not disappoint. Hallways are cold, rooms are cold, breakfast area is cold…so nice!

My biggest problem with this hotel… Is the same problem with basically every hotel in New Orleans, availability of parking… And the cost to valet… We were able to find street parking literally right in front of the hotel or just around the corner and it’s free from 10 PM to 8 AM. This works for our schedule because we were doing things in other areas of New Orleans all day long, and only got back to the hotel around 10 PM.
