I had a wonderful stay at this Kyoto hostel. I booked a single Japanese-style room, which was spotless, comfortable, and very peaceful. The shared living room was cozy and inviting, with a traditional kotatsu that made it a perfect place to relax. The sofas were very comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and creamer available for guests. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was clean and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. One small suggestion would be to create a “Free Items” box or sharing shelf in the common area. Many travelers, including myself, have useful items like umbrellas or rain jackets that we no longer need before flying home. It would be a wonderful way for guests to share these items with future travelers

ふとんカバーが、シーツ2枚で、使い方がよくわからなかった　バスタオルのほか、小さなタオルもほしかった

Love the clean and simplistic personal space (private room) and fun, shared community space with kitchen, seating and games. The location is perfect and all staff are very kind and understanding. Best spot!

The hostel was amazing with great facilities and fantastic location. The beds and bedding were much more comfortable compared to a hotel. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were fantastic and very cozy. The social area was excellent. The staff provided me immediately with a folder of vegan and vegetarian places nearby. The wasching machines and dryers were excellent and very cheap. I am definitely coming again when I am in Kyoto! :)
