Love the clean and simplistic personal space (private room) and fun, shared community space with kitchen, seating and games. The location is perfect and all staff are very kind and understanding. Best spot!

The hostel was amazing with great facilities and fantastic location. The beds and bedding were much more comfortable compared to a hotel. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were fantastic and very cozy. The social area was excellent. The staff provided me immediately with a folder of vegan and vegetarian places nearby. The washing machines and dryers were excellent and very cheap. I am definitely coming again when I am in Kyoto! :)

The first-floor toilet has a urine smell. At night, there is a low-frequency sound of a motor running, light sleepers will not sleep well.
